As some of you may know, I’m not a huge fan of teaching yoga on sand as it’s messy as heck & can be somewhat dangerous! I would only consider it if the sand is hard packed, level & it’s early morning or heading into sunset time. Ya feel me? Buttttttt for my own personal enjoyment (& Instagram 🙄 let’s be real, we all do it on some level for the ‘gram! Can’t believe I called it “the Gram”😑), I do like to play with balancing poses that I’m usually too chicken $h!+ to try on the floor. Sand is a much softer surface to land on! 😅 So here I am busting out a mean baby crow! Here’s how you too can baby crow like a boss on the sand, in a bikini! Swipe for a short vid! Have fun!😀 1) From kneeling, place your forearms on your towel a little bit closer than shoulder width apart. They tend to move outwards once you lean in, so this little tweak gets you in the right spot; 2) Walk your knees as high up onto your triceps as you can. If possible, wedge them into your armpits. If you’ve lathered up with sunblock, fo’ sho’ you’re gonna slide; 3) Lean into your forearms, hands, fingertips & keep shoulders blades pinned to your back (no shrugging), pull your navel to your spine, cat back like crazy; 4) Lift one foot up, then the other & press toes into each other & bottoms up! You’re baby crowing like a bikini boss🙌 . . . . . #beachyoga #beachyogafun #yogaplaytime #yogaonthebeach #armbalances #babycrow #babaybakasana #bakasanavariation #beachfun😎 #yogaatthebeach #yogatips #myyoga #myyogaplayground #beachlifevibes #yogalovesss #jenzentips #jenzenyoga #barbadosyoga #jenzenwellness #befreebetruebeyou (at Brandon's Beach) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3CLo2sgI_w/?igshid=18sjdgxxpwfo8
