Gawdamn....

Problem is…he’s Doctor Doom. His version of saving the universe is beating the shit out of everyone else.

So my guess here for the endgame (hehe):

1) Doom will try to control the incursion so that at least one universe will survive. Obviously, he’s trying to make sure the Fantastic Four universe survives.

2) Battleworld is the result of Doctor Doom trying to control the merge. So in Secret Wars, heroes from all three universes are forced to fight to save their own world.

3) But let’s be for real, the MCU will most likely win the struggle. Fox X-Men universe is 100% losing. Fantastic Four universe might narrowly lose?

4) However, the heroes still gotta hero. The Fantastic Four universe goes down but the characters from there are allowed to migrate into the MCU. The Fox X-Men universe characters most likely all sacrifice themselves or something during the final merge. While that sounds harsh, it’s inevitable due to the announcement of the new X-Men cast. At the very least, maybe Deadpool, Worst Wolverine, and Gambit might be surviving the merge.

5) “All of you have lived stolen lives…now you must give them back” - Doctor Doom hinting that it’s the other universes’ fault that his universe is caught in an incursion. And lowkey, Doom may have a point. The Fantastic Four universe did nothing to potentially cause one. Meanwhile, MCU and Fox X-Men heroes have constantly been messing around with time and reality. No wonder Doom is pissed, he was just chilling.

Marvel comics has released several variant covers celebrating the Muppets 70th anniversary. There are 10 in total and will be released through the month of October. They are as follows:

the post credit scene showed spiderman (I believe our peter) in outter space, middle of nowhere¹

doomsday's going to deal with incursions and everyone teaming up to stop doom from provoking them not knowing he's just using them to his advantage to achieve his goal²

they're going to fail at stopping him, obviously, and so, after the collision of the different worlds, he'll form battleworld (¹ & ²)

the ending of doomsday will be our remaining heroes in battleworld (not sure if they will have them forget what happened or not, I feel like just one movie is not enough to deal with collective amnesia)

doomsday's post credit scene will show something happening in that world, perhaps a few cameos from secret wars, people from other worlds (perhaps how they will introduce the new xmen team, they might even be those that showed up with monica in the marvels' post credit scene)

beyond the spiderverse comes out and I feel in my soul this is very important! because I think they'll show the incursions that we'll have already seen in doomsday happen to miles and his world and how that causes him to be yeeted off his world and into battleworld, having him enter the main mcu timeline and the live action universe (finally!)
