okay i finally got batman 148 and you lot are just soooo mean the costumes are FINE, they are new and different and fun, the plot is fucking fine, it was a neat way of closing it all up, maybe a bit too rushed and the setting was not like a super awesome location, or at least not enough awesome to b the final issue but its a comic book not a novel, the cool part are the drawings and jorge jiménez always does spectacularly
jason was soooo out of character tho, that was NOT jason in the pit page idk who that was but that was like the only bad thing i saw
everyone is so mean about the current batman run but i bet you in five years you are all gonna b like "uugh the current batman SUCKS i miss the failsafe arc" you just hate anything thats new you have such closer minds!!!!
and this only happens on tumblr and like, social media, if you go to ANY comic book store and ask anyone in there what they think of the new batman 9/10 people are gonna say "i dunno, its batman, its whatever"

Jason’s red hoodie costume looks pretty good with the cargo pants tbh. I really think the adidas sweatpants and the strappy balenciaga boots were the elements dragging the whole fit down.
Makes it all the more baffling that those were the only parts kept for this disaster of a look.
