Glamour Face Mask/Body Scrub
Here’s a thing I did last week! Before spending a few days with my boyfriend again, I felt in need of a little beauty boost (ok, and I also wanted for my boyfriend to not be able to keep his hands off me when he finished work...). So I made this glamour scrub to do just that!
*If you wish to try this yourself and have any existing allergies/sensitivities to these ingredients, or if you don’t have these ingredients to hand, I will put some substitutions at the end!*
Ingredients - Scrub Base
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp oats (gentle exfoliant, anti-inflammatory, helps heal acne, natural moisturiser, soothes dry skin)
- 1 tbsp sugar (I used demerara, but whatever you have on hand. Sugar is a very effective exfoliant and boosts new skin cell production, smooths & softens skin)
- 1 tsp dried nettle (increases lust in partners, you can leave it out if this isn’t an effect you want)
- 1 tsp dried rose petals (to promote love, lust & beauty. Also boosts feminine energy if that’s your jam)
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender (to promote beauty, love & happiness)
- 1 tsp dried hibiscus (attracts love & lust)
New Moon Ritual pt.3
╔═══*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══╗ Bath Ritual for Cleansing & Meditation
╚═══*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══╝
This is a good before bed bath ritual. It will make you feel very relaxed and clean before resting for the new day to come.
I gathered my elemental candles and all the herbs and flowers I wanted to include into my bath. I also had a new bubble bath that I wanted to use.
I usually grab myself a snack and a drink when I take a bath because it is supposed to be a long and relaxing process for myself. I chose salt and vinegar chips with some hot mint tea and my trusty water bottle.
I set some incense to burn to get into the mood, detox, and cleanse myself.
This ritual was very much improvised so until I revisit these steps, it may seem a little all over the place.
I lit my candles and set them around my bathroom (you can have them around your tub, I just don’t trust myself to not knock them over), let my incense burn and fill the bathroom (fan on of course), I ran my water and visualized what I wanted to come of this bath.
I ran the bubble bath under the water and as it foamed I added blue food coloring for fun and to represent calmness and various herbs and flowers that either caught my eye or had a magical purpose. Quite honestly, I was getting tired quick so I just threw in what looked nice.
I love making my baths nice and pretty, it just feels good.
After settling into the hot water, I released all my tension and let it just melt away. Let all that you have accumulated in the day, week, moon phase, or month just dissolve into the water. Feel yourself being cleansed and reborn.
Once I felt I had decompressed enough, I began to meditate in the tub. Often when I meditate, I mainly focus on my breath and energy. It’s very difficult for my mind to quiet down completely, so my current form of meditation is to give my mind one thing to focus on at a time. I hope to practice more and allow my mind to stand still and relax.
I let my palms face upward in a comfortable position and I focus all my energy and concentration on my breath.
I visualize these great big breaths of color moving in and out as I breathe.
I allow myself to visualize these colors however feels right, sometimes it manifests in my hands, around me, on a certain chakra, or through my lungs.
Allowing myself to slip into this trance like state has been incredibly beneficial to my mental health and overall well being.
For those who prefer not to meditate or can’t meditate, there can be alternatives to this quieter state of mind.
Reading a book and truly absorbing the words and meanings.
Listening to music and focusing on the notes, lyrics, and rhythms.
Drawing whatever may come to mind without planning ahead.
These are all great alternatives or easier ways to slip into this zone.
I didn’t time myself for this meditation, but I feel like I successfully meditated for about 15 minutes.
Once I was finished, I allowed myself to play with the water, bubbles, and flowers as a way to connect to my inner child as well. Baths were always a safe space for me as a child where I didn’t have many safe spaces.
You can add more of whatever you feel is needed to your bath. For example, when I am overwhelmed I like to hold my breath and rest under water and feel everything wash over me completely. When emerging, the water falling off of me feels like it’s taking everything with it.
I always do an actual shower after bathing, especially after a bath with lots of material in the water.
After cleaning myself off, I step into a fresh towel and pat myself dry and sit and allow myself to feel the heat from the water still.
This is a great time to begin getting ready for sleep. I brushed my teeth, did my skincare, brushed my hair, etc. I headed to bed with a book, and read by candle light until I was unable to keep my eyes open 🛌.
The next morning, I made sure to make myself a good breakfast and good cup of coffee to continue the good vibes I accumulated the day before.
This ritual will become a staple of mine, it felt so good to practice and get things done on a beautiful New Moon Sunday.

New Moon New Glow!
Actually been meaning to make a moisturizer for a while cause I have DRY as hell skin and I spend so much money on lotion. For a while I’ve resorted to straight up sunflower oil cause it works a bit but I realized a nice moisturizer only needs so few ingredients to be good. I discussed recipes with another libra witch friend who loves making body oils and glamours and got some veggie glycerin online. Turns out it doesn’t mix well with sunflower/grapeseed oil lol. My lotion turned into a strange potion. But it makes me smell and feel like some expensive silky citrus fruit. Added bergamot, rose, grapefruit and lemon essential oil to it.
Yesterday wasn't a good day, so I did a lil bath spell, it helped, whether it was the spell, or sipping tea in a bubble bath for an hour I do not know, but here's a spell for when you have a bad body day.
Striking peace with your physical form, bath spell
Ingredients I used:
-Rose scented bubble bath
-Rose petals
-Sage
-Pink Himalayan salt
-Bar of soap, preferably pink/color you associate with self love
-Big ass mug of rose tea with honey
-Sigils for I love myself, I love my body
-BOTTLE OR GLASS OF COOL WATER IF YOU INTEND TO STAY IN THE BATH FOR MORE THAN 15-20 MIN TO COOL YOURSELF DOWN, SO YOU WON'T FAINT AND DROWN
Steps:
Make your tea
Carve the sigils into the soap, and charge em
Make your bath with the salt, rose petals, sage and bubbles
Play some music on your phone/watch tiktok/meditate/relax/sip tea/do whatever u want in the bath until the water is cold or you feel at least a bit better
Drain the tub, and shower with your sigil soap, visualising all the shit feeling washing away with the suds
And you're done
Feel free to alter this to fit your needs
IF YOU WANT TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS DILLUTE THEM, THERE ARE MANY GUIED ONLINE, BE SAFE
Please do your own research on what herbs to use, how long to stay in the tub, and so on, not everyone can handle being in for as long as I can without getting dizzy, have someone chech on u to see if you haven't drowned, make sure you're not allergic to any ingredients, etc.
Hopefully you won't need this spell
Have a lovely day 😊😘

🌿Bath Witch: Heal a Broken Heart🌿
Hello, my greenies! This spell is a ritual bath for mending a broken heart. It is not to attract a new love, but to heal that which was injured by a past one. It’s not easy to forgive or to forget, but hopefully with this spell I can ease the pain a little.
Please make sure you understand a little about bath magic before you perform this. Some ingredients can irritate certain skin types and I want everyone to be careful. For those who have sensitive body parts I recommend taking a shower after, so you can rinse off if you feel irritated.
Ingredients
1 tbsp of dried lavender
3 (sticks? y’all know what I mean lol) of lemongrass
Handful of peppermint
2 dried bay leaves
4 ounces of epsom salts
a bowl of any size
jar of some sort
paper and pen (not color specific)
Directions
Place dried lavender and bay leaves together in a grinder of sorts and grind a few before adding the epsom salts. After a minute or two add, one by one, lemongrass and peppermint. Mix after each oil and then stir and grind together until in a combined form. Place the completed salt into the mason jar and label.
As your bath is filling up take the paper and pen and write your feelings of hurt and suffering on the parchment. Once complete, fold and place paper into the bowl. Move the bowl next to the bath, we will use it later.
Get the bath ready and once the water is hot place 3 tbsps in the bath and mix with your hands. While you mix chant
“The heart is but broken glass, and mind fragile flower petals. Mother strengthen my soul, heal the wounds of an old love, and birth me anew. Like the phoenix, like the butterfly, I come naked and ready to fly.”
Before you step into the bath, place a good amount of the infused bath water into the bowl with the paper in it. Place it next to your tub and hop in.
Sit for about 30 minutes and carefully step out. Slowly dry your body.
When you are ready, take the bowl and dump the contents into the bath. Make sure you take the paper out and you can roll it into a ball, rip it apart, or just throw it away. Once you are done, I recommend sitting with a nice book or listening to calming music.
Love is a strange emotion that can morph into something we don’t recognize. Don’t let someone turn you into a stranger. Love yourself enough to know you are beautiful and amazing and deserve love.
You deserve to be happy.

Dispel Depression Bath
A magical bath for easing symptoms of depression, grounding the spirit, and imbuing the heart with warmth and hope. ***When choosing crystals for this spell, double-check that they are safe to place in water. Crystals like selenite are water-soluble and can sustain damage, and others such as malachite, fluorite, and lapis lazuli release toxins in water!***
Items needed:
1 yellow or white candle in stable container
Citrine, amethyst, or other stones that promote positivity and happiness
Carnelian, hematite, or other grounding stones
Herbs or oils of: cinnamon, bergamot, and sweet orange OR chamomile, jasmine, and rosemary (combinations based on compatible scents)
Optional: Clear quartz to amplify power, bay leaves for luck and success in the spell
How to perform:
(Optional: Cast circle around yourself and tub before beginning.)
Place candle away from anything flammable on the side of the tub. Draw your bath - the temperature of the water should be tolerably hot, and add enough to submerge in comfortably. Kneel over the tub and visualize/think about your intention – can be as simple as feeling happier, lighter, more grounded, etc. Light the candle, then drop desired amount of herbs in the water (if using oils, 2-3 drops of each, no more than 10 total). Holding your crystals, stir the bath water clockwise with your hand and visualize your intention activating, spiraling out of the crystals and spreading to imbue the water with a golden glow. Leave the crystals in the water or on the side of the tub. This bath is meant to make you happier, so you can either take this time to meditate, space out, or do your normal bath activities like reading a book or watching a show!
Make sure to get out of the tub while it’s still a little warm (you can keep adding hot water if you want to!). When draining the tub and blowing out the candle, thank and release the energies in the spell ingredients. Open but do not break the circle if you cast one.
Tips for spell:
Have all ingredients within easy reach of the tub before you begin!
It’s nice to shower beforehand to get cleansed before the bath, but depression can make that difficult. No worries if you can’t!
Getting undressed before starting the spell can prevent a break in your concentration and intention between casting the spell and stepping in the water.
Place a cup of water and a light, nourishing snack within reach while taking your bath.
Depression symptoms can make it difficult to concentrate, set/hold your intentions, or cast a circle. If you’re struggling, that’s okay! You are still a powerful witch – and the good news is that you are not alone when you cast. Ask your ancestors (literally, ask them out loud or in your head) to hold your intention/the circle for you as you take this bath. You can also ask an animal that you feel connected to spiritually (especially one that you feel protected by) as well as a deity that you are devoted to. It is a good practice to thank them after the spell ends, and to regularly honor the beings that you ask for help by leaving offerings on your altar.
