At first they didn't really mind Napoleon chatting away with (Y/n) in French, as they could see how happy it made (Y/n) to chat away in her second language. They knew how much she loved speaking in French, and they've tried very hard to learn at least a little French to indulge her, but it never really stuck. So they were totally cool with letting her have the opportunity to indulge with Napoleon. At least that is until they noticed Napoleon offering (Y/n) a rose.

"I don't like that very much Ted." Bill commented as they watched her tentatively take the rose after denying the offer several times. "Neither do I Bill, neither do I." Ted agreed with a shake of his head. Without another word they walked over to (Y/n) and Napoleon, standing in front of (Y/n), they crossed their arms. "Not cool dude." Bill huffed at the Frenchman. "Totally not excellent." Ted shook his head before taking the rose from (Y/n) and passive aggressively giving it back to Napoleon.

And without another word they turned and grasped either of (Y/n)'s arms, dragging her off to separate her from the Frenchman. "What was that all about?" Bill asked (Y/n) as they cornered her against a wall. "It's not his fault, it's not like he or anyone else for that matter know we're dating." (Y/n) reasoned, pointing out the fact that they were keeping their relationship a secret. "You know how our folks would react if they knew we are both dating you." Ted explained. 

"I know... I'm sorry." (Y/n) pouted a little. "I tried declining his offer, but he was very persistent. And I didn't want to upset him for your guys sake." (Y/n) explained in a soft tone, making the boys feel a little guilty for rushing to conclusions. "Awe babe we're sorry." Ted wrapped his arms around her hips, nuzzling his face into the side of her neck. "Yeah we're sorry babe." Bill agreed wrapping his arms around her waist and nuzzling into the other side of her neck.
