Alll the meats in this lasagne Ragu. You can make it into a hearty bolognese base too using more passata. The key to this I think, is the chicken livers (thank you Delia all those years ago). This has made one lasagne and a second large portion of Ragu for the freezer. Obviously we donโt have pasta so this isnโt a classic please donโt shoot me ๐คฃ but the courgette goes down a treat and meets the needs of the gluten free peeps in the family.
