En este sencillo he vuelto a experimentar con el artista mundialmente conocido como "Conejo Malo". Esta vez, al contrario que con el tema "Y si percibo a su madre" (el cual podéis escuchar en mi SoundCloud), en vez de hacer una versión nueva de la canción decontruyéndola y volviéndola a construir ladrillo a ladrillo, he decidido usar solamente un par de samples para crear algo totalmente nuevo.
En "POST LITORAL" he juntado en la batidora los ritmos y sonidos del trap, el dubstep, y el stepper para crear un tema experimental con el que he aprendido algunas cosas nuevas; cosas que se deben hacer y otras que no.
En "POST LITORAL (Stepper version)" me he movido sobre un terreno en el que me he sentido más cómodo y con el que seguramente muchos steppers también lo harán, volviendo al viejo y fiable dub. Personalmente, es mi tema favorito de este sencillo.
En "POST LITORAL (Bass & Drum version)" he dejado sólo lo más básico, lo que hace que una canción sea de dub: bajo, percusión, y lotsa pressure.
Como nota final y para cursiosxs, la portada ha sido realizada con una IA, Stable Diffusion, y con Photoshop para darle algo de color.
A small sketch of our first bass player. She’s one of the most wholesome human beings I’ve ever meet. She always wears a hat the says “big man” on it while our 7ft tall last bass player has a hat that says “little man” and it cracks me up every time. She also has amazing bass chops and she’s fairly new to the band, so I can’t wait to see how awesome she gets down the line.
Just a small sketch I had time for in class, but I’d really like some critique or some advice on how to sketch people better.

Vulnerability
This year is my second year on my high school drumline. Last year I was dating someone who was on the bassline with me, and I blocked out the other people around me. I’ve never been a social person but when I get into relationships I become fixated and I forget that there are others in my life that care about me. Now that I’ve gotten some space and I’m becoming my own person again I’m learning to deepen my connections with people. I’m being more open and vulnerable with those around me and it’s kind of terrifying. Those on the drumline especially, I’m talking more and finding out what I have in common with them outside of drumming. The other day I found out that one of the snares recently watched Avatar the Last Airbender and the Legend of Korra, which made me really happy as those are my childhood shows. Anyway the point is, if you find yourself hiding from the people in your life, take the time to figure out why. There are more people that care about you than you think and you could be missing out on a really important friendship.
