I can't get basil at the moment and really want to try that basil bath, is there any substitutes I can use? :)
I would suggest a saltwater bath, perhaps with rosewater or chamomile! The saltwater cleanses and the other two soothe. Hope this helps. Blessed be!
Basil Bath
Regular cooking basil, either fresh or dried, may be used in a bath. It has a protective and cleansing effect, removing negativity and protecting against the accumulation of further negative influences. It has a powerful effect on certain people. It should be used when you feel threatened by others, victimized, or soiled by contact with negative or overly-aggressive people. When using this bath, pray for spiritual cleanliness and protection. Stay in the bath for (12) minutes and immerse yourself (4) times. Do this bath as needed.
Preparation: Boil 2-4 hanfuls of basil in a large pot with two gallons of water. When cooled to tolerable heat, strain into the bath tub of water.
