For the Infanights, I think it's not crazy to say that Bart was more often the leader of the party. He kept them all connected. He helped come up with a lot of schemes and plans. He was the only one with good intelligence and charisma stats so he talked to the town people a lot. Also because Barbara kept the most accurate notes, she would be the one to recite plot points and remind everyone of the goal or lore.

In Grotethe, I think it's another safe bet to consider Chip the leader. His outspoken and very bright outlook on things kept the group together. He knew how to manage the relationships when things got tough and helped everyone see each other's point of view. If he got distracted, either with something silly or with the character drama, Mathilde helped keep them on track by moving forward. Also I feel the other three were mostly loners before they came across Chip, and his extraverted nature, really made sure the team felt cohesive and together.

And now in Campaign 3, so far I'd say Nattie feels like the leader. She keeps things on track, she's always checking in on the emotional well being of her team, she's smart and forward thinking, and she likes to learn more about the group she's with and legitimately wants to be friends with them.
