Let me just preface this post by saying this post doesn't discredit Jimin as a composer/writer in any way. I just really love minimoni and I think their synergy is beautiful.

I'm stoked to see RM credited on Jimin's solo album. I don't know about you, but it gives me the warm and fuzzies. These past few months, they've been working on individual projects, traveling separately, and we rarely get to see any of them together except for new (but old) photos, pre-recorded Run BTS eps, Suchwita, and random comments on Weverse. So this credit is like: hey we're still doing a lot together behind the scenes.

Namjoon wrote Serendipity and Jimin's voice made it magical. Serendipity will always have a special place in my heart because it is THE song that made Jimin my bias and it changed me from being a casual kpop listener into a big fan who now has a BTS bomb light stick AND a BTS tattoo! Jimin went to Namjoon when he wanted to grow as an artist. Jimin said Namjoon helped him a lot with Promise, kept encouraging him to work on the song while the feelings were fresh, and helped Jimin with the English lyrics. During a recent wlive, Jimin even said that Namjoon writes lyrics that make people cry and that his existence was like a present.
