When Ban wakes up, the first thing he thinks of is why the fuck does my back hurt so much.

The second, oh, right. That's why.

He nudges the man sleeping next to him with his elbow, all the while grunting and groaning at the sunlight seeping in through the window blinds. "Oi, Jin, wake up..."

Jin makes a disgruntled sound but he turns around, wrapping his arms around Ban's torso and hiding his face in the crook of the brunet's neck.

Ban groans. "Seriously, wake up, I can't move and it's all your fault."

Jin says something that distinctly sounds like And? What of it?

The brunet grits his teeth and slaps at Jin's arms. "My back fucking hurts too!" he whines, completely dissatisfied at the lack of reaction Jin has to offer. "Take responsibility, I've got people to meet this evening!"

There's a silence in response.

"Jin!!"

"I'm not sure if you're asking me to marry you or give you a piggyback ride to that rendezvous of yours."

"I... what?" Ban blinks, feeling the heat rush to his neck and cheeks. The other man doesn't say anything, hiding his face in the crook of the brunet's neck. Ban wiggles, turning around to meet Jin's eyes. "Jin...?"

The black-haired man is blushing too. Tentatively, he holds Jin's cheeks. "Are you... serious...?"

"About the piggyback ride?"

"Jin."

"...Yes, I was serious. Yamano Ban, will you marry me?"

"This is honestly the most unromantic way you can ask me," Ban laughs heartily, kissing Jin on the lips. "But yes. Yes, I'll marry you, you big oaf." Then he smiles, a cheeky smile. "And I'll say yes to the piggyback offer too."
