Persian Bandari woman, Iran, by Eric Lafforgue
Persian Sosis Bandari
An Iranian street-food/fast-food, usually being served in sandwich shops in Iran. It’s very quick & simple yet very delicious! I had it for the first time & couldn’t get enough. basically their base sauce was made from a different kind of thick tomato paste with sliced sausages, mashed potatoes, onions, & chili peppers. Normally being served hot & spicy in Khuzestan Province, but I had it mild this time. 🥗🌮
