I choose not to pay attention to the loop of critical negative chatter that goes around me; I will no succumb to the fear of being judged and I refuse to be lonely in my own company. With every passing day I am more acutely aware of my weaknesses and fears — my ordinariness. I have managed to step out of my ordinary self and find out what’s extraordinary about me. I’ve had to learn how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. As a brand, it’s OK that we not where people think we should be. It’s OK that we hide like a coward from taking that bigger step.
