I felt most alive on stage every time I’m on stage I feel like healing my inner child.

being injured is hard when your body is your language.

I miss activity. I miss movement.

I miss the stage in a way that hurts.

the lights, the wings, the quiet chaos backstage

I loved it more than anything.

I think once the stage chooses you,

I almost died at ballet today </2

We’re doing the ancle scarf dance from la bayadère, which is basically 2 minutes of petit allegro almost all on one leg, so it's very hard. I stepped on the scarf tied to my knee as i was jumping and pulling it up, so i almost met face first with the floor (´-ω-`) silver lining, it was not the time we filmed haha

At least i’m handling it better than the girl next to me, she just started ballet again last year so she’s not used to it anymore and felt like throwing up when we were done (;＞_＜;) she was fine afterwards though so everything’s okayy
