I've read H. P. Lovecraft's "The Horror in the Museum", and this is the eldritch god Rhan-Tegoth from that story. I thought that his description was so interesting and there's almost no fanart of him, so I contributed.

Very funny thing about him is that in the story, he only kills white racist men, while keeping the only Black character as his priest. Of course that Lovecraft's racist ass thought that this made his "evil god" super duper scary, but to me, this is actually so funny. I'm like "go, babygirl, eat those racists, let's end racism and all worship Cthulhu together". Sounds like a pretty fun eldritch cult tbh.
