March 2019 • A full baleada spread to include eggs and avcocado this time. There are a few variations and this is by far my favorite.

Ok, ok, ok, baleadas are a honduran food (baleadas are basically honduras’ pride even though we have the biggest coral reef after australia lmao) baleadas consist of refried beans and sour cream, you can add whatever you want to it though, that’s just the base, I add scrambled eggs, but other people add meat, chorizo (I am not sure if there’s a translation for chorizo), avocado (eeeewwwww), fried plantain, etc. All that wrapped or just inside and folded in a tortilla, but not a corn tortilla (those are called burritas) they’re wrapped inside a wheat/flour tortilla, you definitely should try them bc they really are delicious👌👌
