Determine what you want to bake.
You can bake almost anything you want, so you should first determine what you want to bake. This way, you can check the recipes of that particular food or cookie, get the ingredients needed, and manage your time accordingly. Note that some food could take lesser or longer time than others. Therefore, scheduling a time is crucial when baking.
Start with simple recipes if you're new to baking.
Not achieving the desired result on the first try could disappoint you, and some people give up baking, thinking that they are not meant for it. Therefore, it is essential to start with easy or quick recipes when baking for the first time. When you obtain the outcome you want, it can make you happy, encouraging you to bake more and more and try different recipes. And once you have learned how to bake better, you can go for more complex recipes.
Always keep the ingredients.
You should have all the ingredients required for baking a particular cake or cookie. If your cake lacks a component or two, it can affect its taste. Also, you do not want to rush to the store during the preparation. So before baking, make sure you check whether you have everything needed or not. Check out baking blogs to know what all you need for baking a particular cookie, cake, or snack.

Hey does anyome know any 'healthy baking' blogs from the UK, i find soo many with loads of good looking baking goods but half the ingredients ive never heard of or can't get in the UK. Perfect is the enemy of good.
There is something about the internet community that can simultaneously make you feel like anything is possible and like you'll never amount to anything. It's both inspiring and shattering that everyone online seems to have made it.
Like me, a lot of young adults seem to be so obsessed with this image of perfection, that we are scared to even try. But like Voltaire wrote,
Perfect is the enemy of good.
There is value in simply giving it a go. Even if--especially if--the process isn't perfect.
On a relatively small scale, I've always been intimidated by my idea of what baking bread would entail. (I mean, kneading dough--did I even have the biceps for that?!) Regardless, yesterday I was suddenly determined that I was going to make rye bread. Yes, I'd seen the internet Moms who had already loftily accomplished the effort-wrought process of kneading and baking bread. But I figured, people have literally been doing it for centuries, and sans Kitchen-Aid stand mixers at that.Â
