Step aside Fried French fries, these Baked Garlic Fries are crispy, garlicky and totally addictive! Â
These Crispy Baked Curly Fries are a healthier and keto-friendly alternative to traditional deep-fried fries. Made with spiralized russet potatoes and seasoned with garlic, paprika, and onion powder, these fries are baked until golden brown and crispy. They are perfect as a side dish or a snack, and you won't even miss the deep-fried version!
Ingredients: 2 large russet potatoes, peeled. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Peel the potatoes and then use a spiralizer to make curly fries. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss the curly potato fries around until they are well covered. Spread the seasoned curly fries out on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don't touch each other. Fries should be baked in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. As a tasty and healthier alternative to regular fries, try these curly fries that have been baked until they are crispy.
