You know the song "In the Name of the Father" by that new band President?
I just listened to it and it's...fine. The song structure itself is competent, the production sounds good, and it's just...fine.
Everything about it just feels incredibly inauthentic though. The presentation obviously is, "people like masked bands with lore? We'll give them a masked band with lore!" The drops come in the most obvious spots, which makes the song predictable. The lyrics feel like an attempt to say something more while somehow saying less. Overall it's just really bland. Like a lesser Sleep Token b-side sung by someone with half of Vessel's range. Also, that ending breakdown was ass.
how my ass be acting around school like im not deathly afraid of others opinions
