Wow, the new Crunchyroll update is dog water? That's so weird! Unasked-for UI updates are usually so good.
The new "Skip Intro" button stays on screen over the ENTIRE intro, and for some reason, appeared over the insert song in Tamon's B-side. Also, the new video HUD is a terrible Netflix knock-off that stays visible longer than it should and for some reason has the Full Screen in the top right corner. Please fix

even if our main problem with this new update was "tumblr users are just resistant to change"... shouldn't that still mean something? even if youre putting in an update that doesnt *specifically* make the site worse, but makes it more similar to twitter/instagram for example, and we Don't Like It, doesn't that still say something about the audience of your website? we don't want enshittification. we're here because tumblr is one of the only remnants of the "old internet" even throughout its ui changes.
