So i hate my brain sometimes. I have been in a committed relationship with my bf for coming up on 3 years constantly now. (This is our 3rd time dating) Weve been talking about moving in to his (new) house together but due to my hoarding hes aperhesave and my brain is like "hey you know youll need to start leaving your feminine hygiene products there and your hair color shampoo cause you just never know when or if someone else comes in and sees that theyll know hes taken." ....my coworkers are telling me to do it to claim my property 😅

If you are someone that consistently thinks you're not liked despite any evidence for it, or are someone who takes criticism to the point of an attack on your personal identity and abilities I see you. I've dealt with it all my life. It's part of what's called rejection sensitivity and it mostly affects people who are neurodivergent especially ADHD. Which is ironic because Im a creative person and pursued jobs in creative fields that often warranted critique. (I love my job though).
I don't usually like to post these things on the dash, prefer to reblog art or Gale. I've felt this way less and less over the years through therapy and other things but I've been feeling this way lately I thought maybe some of you do too and wanted to post in solidarity.
