It’s official! Yoga + hiking + snorkeling + kayaking adventure retreat in Maui happening this summer with @backroadstravel. It’s their first time ever including yoga on one of their world-renowned travel destinations. I’m honored to be a part of this trip and share with you. . Join us this summer, June 11-15. Day 1 - 2 at Lumeria Maui. Day 3 - 4 at Travaasa Hana. I’ll be teaching all levels vinyasa yoga (no experience necessary) every morning and restorative yoga and/or meditations at sunset by the shore.
