This was my last set before gym close last night. I did my best to limit rest in between sets of back squats at 230lbx5, explosive ring rows and strict ring muscle ups with one back lever per set. I also knocked out handstands, presses and had to finish up mobility on the floor in my room 😂 . That last back lever was pretty rough but I felt I made good use of my time. Today’s a new day and I’ll be grinding away trying build strength while trying to recover from my shitty IT band. .
