Honestly, with his nihilism and general okay-ness at the prospect of dying from the Omnitrix blowing up, Azmuth seems like the type to have been passively suicidal after everything with Zenith and Ascalon making him depressed. No Watch Ben’s timeline probably has a dead Azmuth or him pussyfooting about on his garden planet not doing anything.

Do I enjoy a dip in the “Albedo is Azmuths kid” headcanon? Absolutely, I can see him being a shitty ass dad and the anger issues in his family just having skipped a generation (Dadzmuth in DAA had ✨problems✨)

Do I enjoy Azmuth and Zenith’s relationship getting this annoying romantic subplot drama nonsense? No. No, not really. I grew up on too much romantic drama, read too much romantic drama, and seen it infect all my media to stupid degrees with worse writing.

I just… at most, I do want Azmuth to have grown enough and gotten his head out of his ass to try and reconnect with Zenith but being so much a chicken he blows it off when they’re in actual close proximity with him as First Thinker now and has to man up a bit to apologize for how he treated her.

Zenith, quite literally, loved Azmuth to the point of invention and Azmuth couldn’t tear himself away long enough from his own inventions to notice he lost her before she was already gone.
