what an awful thing to have to go through. at any time, but especially when everything else is already so stressful and limiting. i’m glad reverb helped in some small way, even if just as a distraction.

Absolutely. My birthday is Bastille Day, so I’ve had a morbid fascination with the French Revolution from a worryingly young age, and ever since I heard they were making AssCreed 2: The Search for More Money, I had my fingers crossed for that time period.

i can't really say much about it without giving away major spoilers but... funnily enough, this one can also be described as juno seeing a familiar face again :)

13. what common tropes do you feel are used in this chapter/fic?

uhhh a lot of classic horror tropes, many of which are also spoilers. but a big one i wanted to do was the trope of the pov character being an outsider from the city visiting a small, insular town and experiencing the vague sense of unease that comes with it.

7. What’s a trope you love to write?

hiding injury/illness/bad feelings for the sake of someone else.... self sacrifice (which i guess is the same thing).... oh right, and the big obvious one that i use all the time, aka misunderstanding / miscommunication lol. no matter how much everyone claims to hate it i will continue to write it until the day i die

Hmmmmmm, probably Wrong side of Yesterday!

Its not that its unpopular by any measure, but its hand down my favourite thing I've written, and one of the few fics of mine that I go back to reread. There’s always been a small part of me that wishes that it resonated more with people because I cherish it so much.

Do you prefer writing multi-chapter or one shots?

Definitely multi-chapters!

There's no denying the fact that i'm a plot writer above anything else. I love coming up with and telling long, winding stories. No matter how long I think a fic is going to be, it always has a habit of doubling in size because I'm chasing plot threads.

but even if I'm working on something smaller, I love how much room a multichapter gives you to move and set things up.
