Yesterday Iļø did soooooo well.
65 mins on the stair master burning 1502 calories
10 min warm up on the arch machine about 100 calories
All first thing in the morning
Ya know making room for all my healthy calories.
When I came home Iļø ate some steamed broccoli and had a protein shake.
On the road Iļø ate yoshanoya mixed veggies, and a half falafel from pita cafe.
Okay now so here is where Iļø messed up
Iļø ate tons of different chips (hand grabbing )
Iļø ate fruit ( trying to stay a way for a little while for this detox )
On the way home we had in and out
Iļø had my grilled cheese w/ lettuce tomato and onions With some fries..... oh and Iļø had a vanilla chocolate milkshake.
Came home and knocked the fuck out.
Meal prep (ran out for broccoli couldn't steam any to go)
Focus on MYSELF and MY GOALS (no one will care like Iļø do) meaning because someone else or everyone else is eating something don't mean Iļø have too.
