Quite simply, he pulls Qrow in for a quick, sweet kiss. With all the uncertainty and insecurity each of them are dealing, with all the inner deamons tearing on the insides of their souls, that one thing he's certain of - he loves Qrow and may it be complicated, but he will never ever resign of it for anything.

Jack wasn’t Johnny.

Johnny wasn’t Jack.

Kerry knew that, but it was still rough when he could still see Johnny’s face in Jack’s. Identical in some ways, opposite in others. Some of the expressions matched, though. That was usually the hardest part when he Johnny, at least back then. Now, though, it’d been forever since he’d seen either of them. In person, anyway. The first time they’d seen each other since before Johnny died, too.

He’d been avoiding his gaze since he got to NC, but after a few booze tonight, he was doing a bit better with eye contact. It’d probably get all the easier as the night went on and he got more and more drunk. Not too drunk, though. He didn’t need a lecture from his doctor, team, or V about his bad habits.
