La Fiesta Tech lightning round incoming!

Carmelo graduation finally arrives! The guys throw him a party and send him on his way. Sad to see one of the two founders of the Tri-Annyas graduate (Avri will be next), but hopefully the house is in decent enough hands?

Back at the house, Wilder and Orlando hang out (and Wilder seems to be developing a one-way crush, good luck there bud). Carmelo invites Joaco over so he can pledge the Greek House since part of the conditions for their parents putting up the money for the house was that Carmelo would have to invite his little brother to join. That appears to be going...not so well. Although Orlando likes having someone new to gossip with.

They throw a toga party where a few people have too much to drink, Carmelo included.

Orlando shows up to the party late, and since he and Carmelo were best friends in high school, is invited to be the newest member of the house. The party continues, Carmelo gets yelled at the by the cops, Bryce ages up and out, and Wilder goes too hard and ends up on the floor.

After a quick vacation, Ronan comes home and checks in one his businesses - Henry's Garage, the Tattoo Parlor, and, his latest venture, the Woodland Diner.

But after a few final days, his time is up! Ronan leaves behind 3 businesses, Level 10, 9, and 3, the Brickstone Chateau vacation home, and more than $130,000 simoleons in the bank. He has more than earned his Fortune Sim obelisk in Gothier Green Lawns.

Husband Daniel and adopted son Avri are both crushed, and Daniel will have to figure out what to do with the real estate portfolio because he won't be around forever either.

Bryce's pledge period ends and he moves into the house at the start of his junior year (the others are sophomores). Former Canyon Commons dormie Matty Bear is the next Tri-Annyas pledge. Bryce hits the Greek House bar a little too hard and asks Carmelo for some exercise tips. When they get back from their run, Carmelo is greeted by the worst jump scare imaginable:

I've had this Tri-Annyas Fraternity House by Illiana sitting in my LFT for years and never played it. So I imagined that Carmelo and Avri would lean on their rich parents to help them start their own Greek House. As you can tell, it is large. So at the first party, Carmelo asks Bryce to pledge and he agrees.

I don't know who invited this jerk dormie though! It was not enough that he drank their juice and jumped Carmelo, or that he stole their gnome. But he also turned the hot tub into pink soup! Get this guy outta here!
