Yes, they have a collection of talent capable of winning a championship. But without accountability, this team will never become one of sustained success. Directly from those close to this departure, certain kids are allowed to show up late, not sprint in practice, etc with zero consequence. Equally, many of the kids that "toe the line" are treated like second class citizens and their value not only as players, but people, diminished by LG, Delly and Burns. Jaco is the only coach the kids truly respect because she's consistent and fair and treats them ALL as quality individuals. I could easily see Kayleigh being next as she has high standards and is built on respect and work ethic as well.”
