god I really never will recapture the depths of joy via obsession I reached when I was 14 and obsessed with averno. I was so in love with it all. playing minecraft for eight hours on my phone every day in a weird position against the wall so I could still play with my phone charging playing on the averno server, listening to the averno summer playlist. starting high school, listening to the come home ep for the first time on the bus to the first day of freshman year. being so hyped for willow and over and out to come out and letting them absolutely cook my brain. solar was one of my dream roles. I brought them up at a broadway intensive. writing in dreamspeak, leaving it on the whiteboards around school. god I miss it all. being 14 was fucking awful but at least I had averno. unfortunately I think it did save my life in a way.
