This is a combined entry for episodes 6 and 7.

Did I mean to binge and watch 2 episodes, no.

But the new show is getting everything right and Zuko looks sooo good.

And I wanted to get this all done before Shards anyway.

Jet, I am still thinking about how pretty your voice sounds. I miss you.

The original Long Feng was better. I don't know what was different about this one, but sometimes he just didn't feel very threatening.

Zuko's fever of change sequence was shorter but I'm not going to write an angry letter about it.

Lots of things were changed from the original show.

Azula and the fire nation didn't use their drill to get into Ba Sing Se. That would've been cool to see.

I don't mind that it was the professor that told Wan Shei Tong that Aang and his friends broke the rules. That they were going to use the information that they learned from the library for war.

Appa's kidnapping scene was right. Azula assuming control of the Dai Lei should happen the way it's supposed to.

Yes Jet, I'm stepping around the elephant in the room. Go easy on me.

Do you know how much Jet means to me?

Jet's death was rewritten. But the rewrite talked about a battle scene that I would've loved to witness.

The Freedom Fighters fighting together, as a family. Yes, an imperfect one but still a family. And even though it would be inaccurate to the original show, I hope we see them again.

I hope Katara grieves for Jet. Jet deserves to be remembered. He made a sacrifice. And he is my friend.

Jet, they are dragging your death out. I'm not sure how I feel about this but I am very glad you are still alive.

Katara, you make a wonderful painted lady, please continue.

The introduction of the Dai Lei wasn't as exciting as I hoped it would be.

This is not going in order of how the episode went but I am to excited to care

Jet and friends: Jet this is mostly about you being still alive. Can you just stay alive?

The Painted Lady: She's earlier than I predicted but I don't care!

My favorite part of the entire episode was everything related to Ju Dee. Her delivery, her big wide eyes. She was so much better than I expected.

My memories of the Lake Laogi plotline are very fuzzy but luckily we won't have to worry about that for another episode.

Katara's party dress had all these golden yellow sparkles. Katara may not be my favorite female character, but they do know how to make her look good.
