her favourite word is no. she says no to everything, and everyone who will listen. she says 'mama no' 'dada no' 'gamma no'. its all no's here.

she's getting better at sentences, and can string words together better. she can say 'wawa pease' (water please) 'ah done' (all done) and my personal favourite 'dada bum bum' (dada's bum bum).

her pointing is getting so much better, and her memory is getting better.

her object permanence is still struggling, but we've been working on it. she usually only has object permanence with her soother, and can remember where it is better than me or andrew now.

her cognitive skills are developing on track, and can understand most simple commands. the only time she doesn't follow them is when she's being defiant, but she's very good at communicating why she doesn't want to follow that command.

she's able to walk more stably now, and has progressed to running, although she falls down and gets out of breath often (she a chunk chunk) she can push and pull toys, and we're trying to get her on a tricycle; it just hasn't arrived yet.

she can eat with most utensils - she doesn't quite understand why she can't eat soup with a fork - and can. drink from an open cup but she hates it. she much prefers sippy's.

she's VERY clingy. she started day care a few weeks ago, and has been having issues at drop off. she cries the entire way there, and won't let go of me or andrew until we put her in the room and literally run out.

we bought her a baby alive doll, and she adores it. she takes care of it like its her real baby.

she does have temper tantrums, and she's had a few in public. i've def gotten some weird looks from other customers because i don't do anything. she flops on the ground and cries, so i wait until its over. after, she's perfectly fine, and is able to either communicate to me what's wrong, or we move past it.

she's become a little cuddle bug, and andrew has to lay with her in her room until she's asleep, which makes me worry that there's another sleep regression coming 😬
