So you have a Orchid trying to understand the game, acting like a mom with Purple friends and watching Mango

These are just my thoughts on how she might behave in this or that situation.

I have an idea of who she is, and I think that even she isn't a perfect mom – she has her flaws. One of them, I think, is her excessive passiveness (in a way). But I'll talk about that some other time.

I have a suspicion that Orchid already knew about Minecraft before this. I still stick to the theory that Purple got introduced to the game while his parents were still together. What made me think about this was the question: "Why does Purple try to impress his father specifically with the dragon egg?" From my own experience, if I don't know the mechanics, the gameplay, or how a certain item is obtained, I wouldn't be impressed by someone getting a cool artifact from the game – because I don't understand the value of that achievement or what the player had to go through. I assume that's how it is for most people. Based on this, I assume that Navi was very familiar with the game Minecraft, so obtaining the egg could have been something he'd respect.

But that's just an assumption about Navi. It's unclear whether Orchid was familiar with the game. Maybe she was, but it's not certain. Perhaps she's far removed from it.

All this leads me to think there are two possibilities, depending on how well she knows Minecraft:

1. Nostalgia. If we still consider the revival scenario (whichever one – let's put the Mango topic aside), where she already knew Minecraft before her death, I think she'd be interested in diving back into the game, especially since a lot of time has passed between her death and the present, and many updates have been released.

2. Involvement, making up for lost time. Purple's life is closely tied to Minecraft, so for Orchid to spend more time with him, she'd need to get involved. Especially if she doesn't trust Mango. I mean, Purple gets into Minecraft through the portal in Mango's basement, and Orchid probably wouldn't want to leave those two alone. Or they might use some unknown method that Purple used before – the way he got into Minecraft before meeting Mango.

That's a complicated question – it depends.

I should clarify one thing. Mango is my favorite character, but no matter how much I love him, we shouldn't forget what he did. Essentially, he committed actual genocide – of course, everything eventually went back to normal, except for one pinglin whose AI he stripped away, so technically he still has one kill on his hands. And I understand that Mango was enraged and in a very unstable emotional state, but most of the time he acted deliberately. I actually have quite a lot of thoughts on this.

But that's beside the point. The main thing here is Orchid and her stance. Honestly, it's complicated. Orchid seems to me to be very soft – which works against her – but she's always ready to take a defensive stance to protect Purple.

Probably something like this:

If Orchid suddenly came back to life, met Mango, and learned his entire backstory, she would be, to put it mildly, shocked. But she would probably trust Purple's judgment, though she would be wary and suspicious of Mango and wouldn't willingly let Purple near him. However, if she spent more time around him and saw how happy Purple was, she might soften.

If Orchid had been an outside observer all along – like a spirit or something – she would have taken a much more negative stance. After all, when you see everything with your own eyes, the effect and perception are completely different. I think she would have tried to reason with Purple, explain that this isn't normal – something like: "He's sorry now and behaving well, but he's clearly shown what he's capable of. I don't want that to happen again." And she'd probably try to keep Purple away. I want to point out that if someone does something terrible, apologizes, and even genuinely repents, that doesn't guarantee they won't do it again.

In both of these scenarios, I don't see any possibility of a romantic relationship between her and Mango – when Orchid knows everything from the start.

There could be a third option: where Orchid comes back to life, but Purple and Mango keep the truth about their shared history a secret. In that case, I think there's a high chance of a romantic relationship, because they essentially have a "shared" child. But if she finds out after they're already married, it becomes a kind of trap – when everything is settled, you're happy, but then a nuance appears that doesn't actually change your situation, yet the knowledge changes your perception. And I think that, given her attachment and the life they've already built together, she wouldn't change anything. But an unpleasant aftertaste would stay with her for a long, long time.
