Go with the flow. If you find yourself forcing something that keeps hitting a dead end, or if it makes you feel uneasy, it is not for you. What is for you will not pass you. Trust in this.

Trust your gut and intuition. The intrinsic feeling you get that is either good or bad before you decide on something is the Holy Spirit prompting you.

Time heals. But in the waiting, nature, fresh air & good company heals too.

Live your truth. Focus on your path. Continually assess whether the intentions behind every decision and action you make are in line with the qualities of your authentic self.

Everything happens for a reason and everyone is a teacher. Nothing is mere coincidence, be alert to the lessons God is trying to teach you.

Worry less, pray more. Worrying is heavy and pointless. God hears you and His love, peace and grace are bigger than the issue at hand.

Don’t compete & don’t compare. We are all created unique and so looking over the fence is wasted time. Focus that energy inwards and cultivate the garden of your heart instead. God has made you phenomenal and no one in the world holds that same beauty.

You will never regret going for that run, starting a conversation with a stranger, or being the better person.

Do things well or don’t do them at all. Pay it forward, everything comes back around. The law of attraction is real.

Feel what you need to feel, have a good vent, and be done with it. Don’t wallow on the past because you can’t change it. Reflect, learn from it and keep moving forward.

Space serves an important function, both mentally and physically. Space revitalizes, restores, detoxifies, clarifies, liberates and brings fresh perspective.
