I’m like relatively certain I saw something that said he was affiliated with stray cats as a wee lad due to his holistic-ness and had to indulge a lil, I presume they wander in and out of the agency on occasion and it becomes such a regular thing that todd and farah hardly notice it and even hang out with the cats a lot of the time :3
