A source close to production shuts down rumors that Alice Birch is involved in Taylor Swift’s upcoming film:

''Three years after it was announced the Grammy winner would be making her feature film directorial debut with Searchlight Pictures on a feature film she wrote, rumors began to crop up that screenwriter Alice Birch had been brought onto the project. A source close to production tells E! News, however, that the rumors are not true and there is still only one screenwriter on the project: Taylor herself.''
