As the Video Producer for Auditoire, I spearheaded a two-part project for Polestar, the Swedish automotive brand. The first part involved organizing a teaser event at Tank, a local art museum, leading up to the highly anticipated Shanghai Auto Show 2023. I managed the timely organization and delivery of video files for three site-specific projection mapping artworks showcased at the event. My responsibilities included facilitating and streamlining communication channels among the client, the commissioned artist studio, and multiple agency partners. My work ensured the event ran smoothly, contributing to Polestar’s objective of showcasing its innovative brand identity through cutting-edge art, enhancing its appeal to a sophisticated and environmentally conscious clientele. The second part of the project focused on the Shanghai Auto Show 2023 itself. I collaborated with a Sweden-based production house appointed by the client, along with show directors and various technical departments such as audio, lighting, D3 operators, and teleprompter operators. My primary role revolved around managing and organizing all audio and video files, coordinating the content to ensure a smooth and flawless execution of the press conference. This seamless coordination was pivotal in reinforcing Polestar’s brand positioning as a leader in cutting-edge automotive technology and design. Throughout, we were focused on making sure the storytelling held up across live, digital, and social. The project reinforced the importance of thinking beyond a single deliverable—of shaping a brand narrative that could flex across multiple touchpoints and still feel cohesive.
