Marvin

Marvin and Leon go back to RPD to see if there’s any evidence to incriminate Umbrella in Iron’s office (Claire gives them the heart key). They encounter Ben in the jail cell before he meets his untimely death by the Tyrant which chases them back to the garage where Ada saves them.

Ada

Is not convinced that Leon is of sound mind as she follows them to Irons office in search of evidence and a way into the cell where Ben had been killed. Leon splits off to go to the clock tower to get one of the pieces while Marvin searches Irons’s office looking for evidence. End off with Marvin finding his journal and showing Ada the final entry of the journal.

Leon

Leon gets one of the parts needed but meets back up with Marvin and Ada, and the three race back to the orphanage. They hear Sherry and Claire screaming, and following the sounds down the hatch(where Irons last victim is) and see G bisecting the tyrant in two before sending the elevator in a free fall with Claire and Sherry inside. But not before hearing Sherry screaming ‘DADDY NO!’

Claire

Claire wakes up in the crashed elevator to Annette urging her to wake up and checking her for infection before moving away to take notes and ignoring her inquiries. When Claire mentions Leon’s(not by name) condition; Annette hisses out a name; Luis Serra. Claire asks about him and what happened to Sherry, and Annette tells her that her daughter is not her concern before leaving.

Marvin

The three work to find another way down into the sewers and go through Kendo’s Gunshop. Kendo holds Marvin and Ada at gunpoint(Leon hiding out of sight so he doesn’t get shot) asking Marvin how this could have happened before taking Emma and going through a door after Marvin is unable to give a good answer. Reluctantly, Marvin and Leon keep following Ada, to which Leon asks if things will ever return to ‘Normal’. Marvin doesn’t answer.

Ada

The trio encounter Annette who is burning a corpse, and doesn’t seem pleased to see Ada. She takes aim and fires, but is startled by Leon leaping in and taking the bullet. Ada is confused as he watches the horror dawn across her face before escaping, and Ada gives chase, leaving the two behind. It’d be her own luck that Annette leads her to the price she seeks.

Claire

Claire is racing around the sewers trying to find all the chess pieces to get to Sherry. Along the way she comes across a G adult that is dispatched by Leon. Both are happy to see each other and work together to find the pieces. Both recount the events that lead them to the sewers. Only to come across the ‘Nest’ the G have made.

Marvin

Marvin meets back up with Ada, and they in turn find Claire and Leon, Sherry(infected) in tow. They get the Tram to Nest going and recuperate.

Leon

With Claire going a different direction, Leon moves around the lab almost like a ghost, unsure of what is going to happen to him. He then finds notes from a man named Luis Serra, who was the one who ‘created’ the ‘Plaga’. Leon in a near fit of rage destroys some of the equipment and almost stalks out of the lab before noticed a handwritten note from Luis. It expresses his disdain and horror at what his superiors wanted, and lamenting at what he’d done, and the fact that his final ‘product’ was gone. Leon sits in the ruined lab and wonders if he regrets what he’s done, before getting up and leaving to find Claire.
