At School #1
Today in my social studies class, when we talked about gender constructs in our society, it struck me hard in the face how some people just don't want to believe people want to express themselves in any other way than female/male. They got all riled up at the idea that there might be people who want to express themselves differently. Their frustration and obvious intolerance ground on my mind, and it pissed me off and I felt the want to either explain to them that their narrowmindedness was limiting their worldview and that they are successfully blocking out a big part of the world, or that I wanted to punch them in the face.
