This is something I've been working on for a while. Clearly I'm still working on it! In my head was the endless song that I don't "do" backbends. I LOVE them but they weren't my forte *compared to other people I know.* Then it hit me: I suck at a lot of things compared to other people that I know ๐I surround myself with people who inspire me! What am I whining about? So I strengthen my back. I open my shoulders. I lengthen my hip flexors and so on. I breathe and repeat. I love my little practice and I keep at it, celebrating one little victory at a time.
