As the L.I.S.A. Project enjoyed success and grew beyond Little Italy, the surrounding area became a major hub for urban art in New York City and in 2015 project Founder and Curator Wayne Rada organized the @LoManArtFest to touch neighborhoods in surrounding Lower Manhattan. With increasing interest in the art has come a boom in development and I believe this ASVP piece painted at Kenmare and Mulberry Streets may have been a casualty, but not before becoming a popular print by the duo. Formed in 2009 Brooklyn-based ASVP is the artistic collaboration between Simon Grendene and Victor Anselmi whose graphic style, they say, pays a nod to advertising and pop and comic book cultures.  @thelisaprojectnyc/  @asvpart/
