They moved into their new home straight after graduation.
side note: I like to imagine these two are moving into Asuka’s late grandmother’s most recent home (the one she lived in after Asuka moved out up until she passed away), which her granduncle (grandmother’s younger brother) kept for her as a graduation gift. Therefore the downstairs space is furnished in a way that isn’t quite to either of their tastes... but as freshly graduated university students with very little savings they can’t complain.

These two had a late start to their day after a fun night out, but that won’t stop them from enjoying the rest of their weekend getaway! Here they are fueling up on some maki before heading out on a leisurely hike.
side note: Maki is a type of sushi, but is not referred to as sushi in Japan. Usually the term sushi is reserved for nigiri in Japanese, but both are types of sushi, just prepared in a different way. There are a few different types of sushi, but maki is definitely the most popular outside of Japan.

Padma needed to use the washroom before heading out so Asuka took the opportunity to enjoy her hot corn soup inside where it was nice and warm.
side note: You can totally buy hot corn soup from vending machines in Japan, this is 100% realistic. It’s also a lot tastier than you’d imagine - I used to get hot, canned corn soup as a snack all the time in the winter months. It’s delicious and I miss it. This pack has me missing home SO MUCH.
Despite having had fewer drinks than Padma, Asuka finds herself absolutely smashed by the end of the night. She insists on buying some corn soup from the vending machine before heading back to their hotel room.
