This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who thrives in scaling teams, building high-impact sales strategies, and expanding market presence through direct and channel sales.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Defining and executing strategic sales and GTM initiatives
Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales organization
Driving new product launches and channel sales expansion
Establishing strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
Leveraging data and performance insights to optimize sales execution
Collaborating cross-functionally to align sales strategy with product innovation
4+ years of experience leading sales initiatives
Demonstrated success in revenue growth and team leadership
Strong executive communication and strategic planning skills
Community association or HOA industry experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools
Location is On-site in Suwanee, GA and national travel required
