Scrawl Tries Out For The Olympics #1
Fellow Olympians, Today was the day to step on the bars. I graduated tothe second version of the pull up. I have a local con this weekend so I went ahead and did pilates shortly after. Floor work hurts abs, especially mine hopefully I will see the results of this round soon. Keep going for the gold!

This Summer is an Olympic year and even though there are many issues I don’t like about the Olympics, I actually like the sports. One of my assassin inspirations is gymnasts. They have a mix of power and agility that made me want to join the Assassins. I’ve divided this challenge into events and I will give myself a score like in Gymnastics. Bars: One of my goals is to do a pull-up My bar events will be three times a week at a playground in the morning. Floor: While I can do floor excercises I will work core and the same muscles with Pilates. I found this video workout:
Sprinting springboard: I will be using my sprinting to build up the most important skill to use on the springboard. I will be sprinting twice a week. Ribbons: Although I’m not sure if men do ribbons but it was the only event I could put for my creative goals. Rewrite my short story Post two youtube videos with one to introduce a new segment. This Challenge I’m going for the Gold.
