Casper couldn’t sleep, he kept turning over, trying to find a comfortable position.
Key had come back from his late night date; he’d have to ask him about it in the morning.
Finally having enough, Casper got up and made his way off the upper bunk.
He got dressed in the dark, his limbs fumbling just slightly due to the late hour.
Finally he made his way out the window, opening and shutting it carefully.
The night air was nothing but a gentle breeze, it made all his worries seem far away.
He made his way through the forest leisurely, it was dark; but the moon and stars were bright; it felt almost as if time didn’t exist at all.
There was the hums of crickets, and the occasional hoot of an owl, but other than that it was just the sound of his footsteps.
He didn’t have to think of his fight with Key, or his relationship with Odward, or making sure Callista was okay.
He could just… breathe.
And that’s when he saw @asrael-basketutama; must he ruin everything good?
