You say your theory. You don’t know if you got it spot on or if you were way off. There was one thing you were positive of, and that was you were going to survive this night. You and TD were the only two ponies who saw the body of Knell Sea. There was no doubt about that. Then again, maybe another pony watched from the darkness of the ballroom.
There is a knock on the door of the Confessional.
“Your time is up. I hope your theory is flawless.”
Tea Cup stated before opening the door, allowing you out of the small room. You were about to go to your room before Tea Cup said something.
“Please follow me.”
Tea Cup requested. So, naturally, you did.
You follow Tea Cup to the decently lit room known as the parlor. When the two of you had walked through the darkness of the manor, Tea Cup seemed to know her way around.
She did not hold a candle.
It was kind of weird.
Anyways, as soon as you got to the parlor, everypony else was there. All whom still breathed.
“After this point, consider this fact.”
Tea Cup started, walking behind the bar of the parlor.
“Only the smartest among you will survive. Your strength, what race you may be, what species, it does not matter.
Tea Cup brought out a small radio-like object. She placed it on the bar’s counter top before continuing.
“Now, let me get to business. We are all now gathered here to see how wrong or correct you were in deducing whom my client is. Now. I would most appreciate it if we could all keep our conversations in until my client has finished their answer to your questions.”
Touching a couple things on the radio, a voice began to speak. The voice was unidentifiable. It did not match anypony’s voice in this room. It was a deep, almost robotic voice. The pitch was too deep for any male to meet.
“Hello my guests. I am your host, the owner of this manor. I hope you have had a splendid couple of days so far. I know I have.
“Now, I’m sure that my maid has informed you of what I am here to talk about, so I shall get to it. You are all very interested in how I have committed the murders thus far, correct?”
Seems like the other ponies around you weren’t.
“I shall start from the beginning.
First, I added a special ingredient into Mary Sue’s breakfast. I did so by leaving a small flower on her plate. This flower is known as Hemlock. This dangerous flower is poisonous to the very touch. So, knowing that she would eat her dangerous little flower, I moved onto step two.
I know that most of you are not flower enthusiasts. So, I shall explain it to you. The chemicals of Hemlock can cause paralyzation of the body. Normally, it would be a periodic paralyzation and not all at once. Plus, paralyzation will normally occur only after fifteen minutes or more.
After breakfast had finished, I decided to head off by myself. Using a staff I had hidden in my room, I casted an see-all spell just to make sure everything was going smoothly. I focused in on Mary Sue in order to see that she had indeed visited the Front Foyer, just as I had planned. Though, it was apparent she was there for a different reason. Either way, she was there and that’s all that mattered.
I had cast a spell next to amplify the poison of my Hemlock and allow it to spread into the legs of my victim. They were now stuck to the middle of the room. Just then, the timer went off and the chandelier was released. It crashed down on Mary Sue, killing her.
Next, I casted a binding spell on all unicorn magic and blew out all the lights in the house using some more of my staff’s magical powers. Next, I moved downstairs and into the ballroom with my staff.
Speaking the words necessary, I activated a mechanism that brought up a large shark tank from the basement, moving it up into the ballroom. Luckily enough for me, my next victim happened to be in the same room as I did this. I quickly saw them, as they had a brightly burning candle in their mouth. I greeted them in a most polite manner. They put down the candle and I’d assume they would start to ask questions.
Before they could, I summoned a special little white powder of mine, which I’d assume is still on the floor of the ballroom now. This little white powder is known as Strychnine, another poison of mine. I shoved it down Knell Sea’s mouth, forcing her to ingest the poison in its entirety.
While she coughed and wheezed, I brought out a large meathook from my staff’s stored arsenal and stabbed her straight through the back of the head. I made sure to not go for a much more swift death, and that is what Knell Sea would not receive.
I hung her from the ceiling, right above the shark tank. I left her to her own business. I’d suspect whomever saw her body was in for much of a shock when they saw the dead carcass of a pony experiencing muscle spasms.
It was not the meat hook that killed her, figure that. Either way, she is still dead and there is nothing changing that. She’s resting within the fishes now.
Anyways, that’s my little story for tonight. You should all hope that your name isn’t the next I say, the next time I talk to all of you. I bid you a good night. May all of you get through the night.”
((This post is kind of long, so I’ll continue it next post.))

You lay your line (as pictured above) before excusing yourself to look through the cabinets. Tea Cup was obviously thinking about what you said while you looked through the cabinets.
"I'm full of mosquitos? Perhaps ponies like to go to the beach whilst I am near?"
She mumbled to herself. She really didn't get the concept of flirting. It's like she was an alien or a robot or something. Either that or she didn't go out at all. It was probably the last reason.
While you searched through the cupboards, the most you could find were spices, plates, cups and bowls. The silverware were in those drawer things. Yeah.
There's a possibility that the poison is disguised as one of the spices. Maybe. If poison was even used in the first place. It kind of looked like Knell Sea died to sharks. Unless you're looking for the poison that killed that changeling. I don't know why you'd be doing that, you kind of already cracked what happened.
You're thinking of going back to dinner. Will you?
You put your new weapon into your selective inventory for safe keeping. Better remember that it's there or else it will just end up collecting dust.
You explain your first reason. Well, you make your statement. You didn't know how those got in there. Well, apparently, neither did Thouroughstitch. She was busy poking at Mr Sparkles.
You explain your second reason.
"Okay, wow. Seriously. He wasn't even saying anything rude! He was saying a bunch of gibberish! If anypony is being rude here, it's YOU."
Obviously Thouroughstitch was not having any of your stuff today. You explain your second reason. Self defense, obviously!
Thouroughstitch looks appalled by your statement.
"Are.. Are you being serious? He didn't even do ANYTHING. HE TALKED TO YOU AND YOU DECIDED TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP. YOU WERE THE ONE WHO SWUNG FIRST! Don't even try to claim self-defense, that's a load of absolute dung!"
Thoroughstitch growled.
"You know what? If you're going to be so violent, go off by yourself. I don't want to be ANYWHERE near you anymore. Chances are, you are the killer. You act like you're insane and you have multiple personalities controlling what you do. So please, do yourself a favor and leave me alone before I decide to claim self-defense in its actual terms."
Maybe it was the best if you just said you thought he was a douche and went on that. Even if she didn't agree. Well, actually, maybe it was better if you hadn't have HIT HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
You swipe the candle from Throughstitch before walking off. She had placed said candle on the floor, so it was easy to steal.
Thouroughstitch will no longer follow you around. What would you like to do?
>Explore the manor
>Find a room in the manor you haven't explored yet

You ask your question first. Well, it could be a statement, as you put no punctruation at the end. Let's say it's a statement.
Thouroughstitch looked at you fairly weirdly when you said that.
"Oh my Celestia, Guest. You can't just ask ponies if they're the murderer."
Why not? If they said yes, then obviously they were. Then again, they could just lie and say no. Either that or say yes then kill you. Now that you thought about it, there were lots of flaws in this plan.
So, you decide to jump onto the nearby couch. Taking the cushion of the couch off of said couch, you wielded it like a weapon. You announced a pillow fight.
As soon as you announced said pillow fight, you flung yourself towards Mr. Sparkles and whacked him across the face with your cushion. He slammed down onto the floor, giving him an instant concussion.
Why?
You filled your cushion with bricks. You don't know when, but you did.
"Holy Tartarus. Did you kill him?"
Thouroughstitch ran over to the limp body of Mr. Sparkles. She checked for a pulse.
"Oh, nope. He's alright. But seriously, why did you do that?"
Some choices are available.
>Put the brick filled cushion into your weapon inventory
>Explain
"Explain [CUSTOM]"
>Don't explain, just keep moving to go find other ponies
You grab a quick (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, based on your preferences) drink from the bar before you head over to Abashed. Much less to say, he looked as he usually did.
You greet him. He doesn't greet you back. Maybe it was because everypony thought you were a murderer, but that's beside the point. You decide to ask him a few questions.
First up, you ask him where he was before the lights went out.
"We were all i-in the Ball Room.. E-Except for you and T-Tea Cup.."
Interesting. Next, you ask him if he can use his magic. He replies with magical sparks of yellow flying out of his horn. He isn't able to light his horn up at all. Next, you ask him why he started running.
"I.. I-I'm afraid of the dark.. W-Whenever it went dark back at my home, I w-would run outside o-or to the nearest light source.. I-I ran to go find Tea Cup because I k-knew she had a lantern."
Reasonable. You ask him if he could tell who was following him.
"N-No. I know that it w-wasnt that red mare.. S-She's a wonder bolt and w-would've caught me instantly. I d-do know that they were very quiet when following me. I j-just got scared.. M-Maybe I imagined it.."
Fantastic. Even he doesn't know if he was followed or not. Well, let's just say that he was followed. He probably was.
Do you have any other questions for him..?
"CUSTOM ANSWER"
>No. Go talk to somepony else ((please specify))
>No. Go sit down and watch everypony else do stuff
>No. Go sit at the bar and drink until your stomach expands to the point of popping
You decide to go upstairs. You wanted to go find a chandelier rope room. Since the foyer was a open ceiling to the second floor (it had to be or else the stairs wouldn't look very good), you had to find another set of stairs that lead up to the third floor. You presumed the third floor would be an attic or something.
You trot around on the second floor. It wasn't very hard to find the stairs upwards. However, at the very top of the stairs, there was a decrepit old wood door. You try to use the handle of the door in order to open it.
It was locked. Just your luck. Now you need to find a key-
Or you could just break it down, yeah. Now you had access to the attic. Congrats.
You enter the attic. There's the typical nicknacks laying about. Boxes, shelves, blah blah blah. You look around for a small hole in the floor. Sure enough, there were dozens of those. You just needed to find the right one.
Now, the attic was pretty dark. Especially on one side. So, you just looked down the holes that had light coming through them. It took you a bit, but you eventually found the one that looked down upon the foyer.
You know what you found right next to it? It was kind of hard to miss. It was a home-made rope cutting mechanism. There was a blade for cutting the rope and everything.
There was also this digital clock (which seemed to be attached to the machine) that blinked 00:00. It was probably set for a specific time, and upon that time, the blade would cut the rope to the chandelier and said lighting would come crashing down.
Suddenly, the entire manor went black.
There was a distant scream of fear (not agony). You decide to stumble around the attic in the dark. You hit your shins on multiple things on your way out.
You eventually get back down to the foyer (and if you are a unicorn, your magic doesn't seem to work) in one piece, but with your shins considerably banged up.
"W-Who's this?"
Thouroughstitch Diamond asked. You could tell it was her by her voice. She was poking your face with her hoof. You answer her politely.
"Oh. We all thought you were still passed out in your room after you got beat up by Tea Cup. Uh.. I can't really seem to use my magic. What room am I in? Do you know?"
You answer with saying that she's in the foyer.
"Do you know any place with light? We've been stumbling around in the dark for a really long time. Either that or my eyes are closed and I can't open them."
