Pieman was returning back to Los Angeles after completing his commander training. He couldn’t wait to see Phoenix, Trucy, and Maya. At the airport Pieman picks up a newspaper with the headline: “Prosecutor Blackquill sentenced to death after the trial of Athena Cykes.” “Poor guy.” Pieman said quietly before rushing to the taxi. He then stops by the Wright Anything Agency and knocks on the door. “Hello? Anyone here?” he called out while knocking. Maya opens the door slowly. “Maya it’s so nice to see you again.” Pieman says. She doesn’t reply back. “Maya what’s wrong?” he asks. She still says nothing. He grabs her shoulders and makes her look at him. “What’s wrong?!” he says in a worried voice. She looks up at him with sad eyes and they start to tear up. He runs to Phoenix’s room. “Phoenix! What’s Wrong?!” he yells. Phoenix doesn’t even look up because he is too devastated. Later Pieman finds out that Trucy was kidnapped by a woman named Aura Blackquill. Pearl gives him the full story before sobbing. Pieman looks at all three of them and states: “I’ll find her Mr.Wright.” He then walks out of the room and then turns on his com link to his squad. “Echo it’s pieman. I’m going to need a gunship and a couple of troopers.” He says walking down the hall and out of the building. “Yes Sir!” Echo replies. “Don’t worry trucy. I’ll find you” Pieman said
