Actually my URL says I don't trust cats, but I'm not gonna joke about it now.I mean you know I take good care of pets, I've taken care of my turtles and I love them. I'm not gonna hurt a kitten or a cat for that matter. I know it sounds stupid and I know you're mad but I mean it and I do wanna get it for Riley but I dunno I guess I kinda want something to love on too, you know? Dogs don't like me that well usually and you can't cuddle a turtle. I didn't mean to upset you again, I'm sorry.
I'm not upset Garret I just didn't understand it. I still don't, but I never thought you would hurt a cat. Only psychopaths do that and I think that's just when they're young anyway. And you're not a psychopath, I just worry that your not liking of cats would affect the relationship you would form with the animal.
I'll find you the perfect one Garrett, it's what I do. I've got a handful at my shelter now, but just know that if I see or hear anything that at all indicates that your cat isn't happy or in a good home, I'll take it back. I know it sounds harsh and I don't mean it to, but I have to have the animal's best interest at heart because hardly anyone else does when they adopt an animal.

Cause I think he really wants one and I feel like a big jerk asking you but I really wanna take one from the shelter because they need good homes and I'd take really really good care of it so ... yeah. Um do you have any kittens?

Forgive me for my colorful language but what the fuck? You hate cats. You've said that at least a dozen times, that's your URL for your blog. I don't just give away the animals I find. I make sure that the person or family adopting really wants this animal for the right reasons. I got Emmett Doc because he wanted a dog and he likes dogs. I got Stella her puppy because I thought she needed that love only a puppy can give and she's really good with my Goonies. But you Garrett...I mean I'm sure you're a great pet owner, but you don't like cats so I'm sorry if that raises some red flags for me.
You only want a cat for Riley? Or am I missing something? You know an animal is a big responsibility right?
