I can see why you'd make that assumption, but in fact you're wrong on both counts. Prowl's in-car behaviour is somewhat disgusting -- he has been known to dunk his burger in his milkshake while driving -- but he's a fastidious soul and vain to boot, so he clears out all wrappers and napkins when he disembarks.
The Dratchets, on the other hand, own at least three dogs at any given time, and Ratchet's Volvo station wagon, a.k.a The Brick, is their designated transport. The upholstery is basically dog hair, with an assortment of muddy towels in the back for wet dogs, windows besmirched by the imprints of dog noses, and a pervasive odour of dog and cigarettes throughout. I think they had a huge blow up after Jackson decided to go to Slough House. She told him he was throwing his life and career away. He told her the Service had broken him and would break her, too, if she gave it enough time. He said if she didn't like the idea of Slough House they could take his flight fund and run away tonight. You can imagine how well that suggestion went over. I don't think they spoke for a long time after that.

They both love the little tells the other has when they let the mask drop. Diana loves those moments when Jackson forgets to be a shambolic mess and some kind of operational muscle memory kicks in like a reflex--could be catching a tea cup before it falls off the table or moving instinctively too shield her from a threat. And for him it's those unguarded moments when Diana actually seems to feel an uncontrolled human emotion--nervously fidgeting with a paperclip when she's anxious, a tiny smile at something when she thinks no one is watching. And they both glimpse these things about each other and pretend not to notice...and then pretend they haven't caught the other one pretending not to notice. Spooks in love.

omg yes… so Erina decided to stay in Japan in her adulthood, but her family had moved out of the country but she still sees them every now and then..
Erina’s mom is bougie beauty Queen and likes to live in luxury, jokes around too much and doesn’t take things seriously unless she’s upset. She takes a lot of pride in looking young, and she puts a lot of pressure on Erina to take care of her looks to a detriment amount. She’s often quite tone deaf on reading emotions, but tries to mean well…
She’s a spoiled and too childish for her age, but quite the lonely woman and never feels fulfilled.
Erina’s dad is the sole bread winner, the reason why Erina was mostly raised in Japan was because of his career there. He is a workaholic and relatively a reserved pushover of a man, but he has a low tolerance of being bothered in his free time. He tries to be stone faced and unbothered, but he is quite stubborn and retreats in silent tantrums.
Erina’s older brother: A stubborn and reckless guy who mostly lives estranged from the family, but reaches out when he needs something. He caused Erina quite a bit of hardship as he would take a lot of things from her and cross a lot of her boundaries. A lot of drama in the family was caused because of his outlandish behavior, and he’s often got himself tangled in problematic people. Nowadays he isn’t as bothersome, but Erina doesn’t seem to mention him anytime family is brought up.
Erina’s family has a history of clashing quite a bit, and Erina grew up very conflict averse in response to this.. and Erina, despite being not very good at living independently, had been the first to move out and be on her own for quite some time
Erina loves her parents despite their flaws and they love her very much too as she was the sensitive baby who didn’t cause too much trouble for them, but as a result they don’t know Erina too well when she was a teen and now as an adult.
