“You know, now that you mention it, Aziz did tell me about his shapeshifter aunt. I wonder what she can do…”

Aziz did a mental facepalm.

“ I want the full story please”, he asks, half worried and half amused.

Haylie was standing in front of the public ice rink near Auradon Prep, holding a small package containing Tayen’s present.

She picked the ice rink because she thought she couldn’t make a fool of herself there where both of them were at disadvantage. Plus, she liked the chill atmosphere and the moon shining it’s light on the ice. She decided it was best if they met there.

She heard footsteps behind her and turned around to see the black haired fairy she fell for.

“Auradon punctuality at its core”, she smiled, “Hi.I  brought you something. If you don’t like it I can give you a check instead or something”, she handed her her gift. She hoped this was enough to pay back her favour.

"And finally, we reach the main attraction," Tayen grinned. "The dust tree! This is where all fairies get their pixie dust." She turned, grinning at the crowd of humans.

"Any questions?"

“Your excitement is greatly appreciated but I didn’t exactly choose to celebrate my birthday without my family. Thank Mufasa you’re here or I’d lose my mind.”,she replies.

“That’d definitely help. Thanks.”,she takes the girl’s offer.

Aziz felt like an idiot. After laying on his bedroom floor for hours after checking up on Eira in the infirmary, unable to look anyone in the eyes, he went to bed and skipped the next day of school. It wasn’t the best decizion but truth be told he was too upset to care.

Now he was outside the school building near the tourney field. He was going to practice a little and try to relax the way he’s always done it:through sport. Then he realized he’d forgotten his equipment back in his locker and he started on the way there to get it when he heard footsteps behind his back. He turned around, eager to see who was wandering near the tourney field at that time of the day after so much stuff has went on.

”Looks like I’m not the only one”, the boy remarked.

“I’m glad Cora found you”, she sighed. “But when you first started hanging out, I’ll admit that I felt a little..betrayed. I knew we were all gonna find  relationships once we got off the Isle but I guess I was afraid of losing her. Afraid of you hurting her. Which, by the way, you’d better not do if you want your soul attached to your body”

“Gods, I shouldn’t have told you this”, she realized, biting her lip, “Please don’t tell her. I don’t want her to think I’m not supportive of her. Especially now when she’s finally getting closer to the happiness that she deserves so much.”
